Registered Nutritional Therapist & Wellness Coach specialising in weight loss and menopause.
Hello, I'm Jayne I’m a registered nutritional therapist and health coach and I help women over 40 to lose weight and gain energy so they can feel their best and live life to the fullest..
Typically, the women I work with are tired and feel like they haven’t slept properly for months. They are constantly taking off layers and then putting them back on again. Sometimes they are putting up with aches and pains, low energy or bloating. Their clothes don’t fit the way they used to, and they struggle with stubborn fat around the middle that just won’t budge.
My clients feel like they have tried everything and have had enough. They want their zest for life back and they want to do it in a natural and supportive way. They often feel that no-one understands what they are going through. I get it and I believe in them.
I believe that feeling great comes from healthy eating, healthy living and healthy mindset. I believe that our bodies have an inner wisdom and that when we listen to what our body is telling us - transformation happens. I will show you how.
My background I worked in corporate IT for more than 15 years, having various roles from computer programmer to data analyst to project manager. These roles all had a common theme: to understand problems and find solutions.
I had a break from work when my children were little, but when I was thinking about going back to work, I decided on a career change. Over the years, I had resolved my own health issues using diet and lifestyle and wanted to share this with other people.
This passion led me to retrain as a Nutritional Therapist at the University of Worcester, where I gained a MSc in Nutritional Therapy with distinction. My MSc dissertation involved a clinical study of hot flushes in a group of menopausal women.
I’m a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), and a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM).
